BigBaazi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

01 General Terms & Conditions

Bigbaazi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is a licensed online gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bigbaazi and the user.

By accessing bigbaazi, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bigbaazi, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to bigbaazi immediately.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bigbaazi may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in restricted account access.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on bigbaazi can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in BDT.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 300
• Maximum deposit amount: BDT 50,000 per day (may vary by account level)
• If the exact amount is not transferred, the credit may not be applied.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• For any deposit issues, please contact support within 24 hours.

04 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw your winnings. bigbaazi is always committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours; in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; the Wagering Requirement must be completed first.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bigbaazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. Individual terms and conditions apply to each offer.

• The Wagering Requirement (WR) for each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once; duplicate claims will be voided.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically cancelled once the bonus expires.
• Transferring bonus balance to a friend or another account is strictly prohibited.
• bigbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Violation of promotional terms may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on bigbaazi are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are entirely fair and never predetermined.

• The outcome of each bet is determined independently and at random.
• bigbaazi reserves the right to void any abnormal payouts resulting from a technical error.
• bigbaazi is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures.
• Server records are final — screenshots or local data are not accepted in the event of a dispute.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigbaazi and will result in immediate account termination if violated:

• Any form of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering purposes.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Bigbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If identity verification fails.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user wishes to voluntarily close their account.
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority.

Any valid balance will be returned prior to account closure; however, in cases of bonus abuse, the entire balance may be forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters
